Caitlin is the founder of advisory firm Halios Ltd, focused on accelerating companies in the media/ tech sector, with a particular focus on early stage businesses. She is a board member of Juventus Football Club in Italy advising broadcast and digital brand development, and the Treasurer of the David Nott Foundation, a UK charity providing specialist medical training for surgeons in hostile and austere environments.
Caitlin worked at the Boston Consulting Group for five years before moving to the BBC where she held senior roles in strategy and business development. In London, she is part of the female-focused angel investment group, AngelAcademe, and a member of H2, the global digital executive network. Having studied international development at SAIS, Johns Hopkins University, and Social Innovation with +Acumen, she is a firm believer in business for the greater good. She has an MA in International Relations from The John Hopkins University – Paul H Nitze School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford.
