Our Trainees of the David Nott Foundation (TDNF) society aims to expand opportunities for surgical trainees interested in a career in the humanitarian sector.
To bridge the gap between completing medical training and volunteering in war zones, our society aims to connect trainees with our network of war surgeons and expose them to our hostile environment surgical training, with hopes of recruiting some as trainers in the future.
The society will be piloting its first TDNF conference this Summer, bringing surgical trainees from across the UK together for a fruitful day of talks, workshops and networking for the very first time.
