Without your help it would not be possible for the Foundation to provide training for surgeons and medical professionals working in hostile and austere environments.

By donating today, you are supporting our mission to deliver the best training possible to those who would otherwise be unable to afford it.

Such training will greatly benefit not only the skills of these medical professionals but will also help them serve the communities of which they are part with greater medical expertise.

Why Gift Aid?

Gift Aid is one of the simplest and most effective ways of giving to charity. It is a scheme administered by the Inland Revenue which allows us to claim 25p for every £1 that you donate. So, for example, if you donate £20 we can claim an extra £5, making your gift worth £25.

You simply need to have paid or will pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax that is at least equal to the tax that the David Nott Foundation and other charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs you donate to will reclaim on your donations in a tax year.

The Gift Aid guidelines require a Gift Aid Declaration Form to be completed. If you donate online via Charity Checkout, ticking the Gift Aid box is the same as completing a Gift Aid Declaration Form.

If you are sending us a cheque, please download and complete the form by clicking the button below and send it to us along with your cheque. Or you can call us on 020 3870 0809 and we can complete the form on behalf over the phone.
