We urgently need your help to train frontline doctors and make safe, skilled surgical care available to all. By donating, you’ll help us grow our global network of life savers in the places where they are needed most, like Syria, Ukraine, Sudan, Yemen and Palestine.
“I’m a better surgeon for my patients, and those I teach are better, because of my training. I am really, really grateful.”
Dr Esayas Mustefa, SURGEON FROM ETHIOPIA

About Gift Aid
Gift Aid is one of the simplest and most effective ways of giving to charity. It is a scheme administered by the Inland Revenue which allows us to claim 25p for every £1 that you donate. So, for example, if you donate £20 we can claim an extra £5, making your gift worth £25.
You simply need to have paid or will pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax that is at least equal to the tax that the David Nott Foundation and other charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs you donate to will reclaim on your donations in a tax year.
The Gift Aid guidelines require a Gift Aid Declaration Form to be completed. If you donate online via Charity Checkout, ticking the Gift Aid box is the same as completing a Gift Aid Declaration Form.
If you are sending us a cheque, please download and complete the form by clicking the button below and send it to us along with your cheque. Or you can call us on 0203 9970761 and we can complete the form on behalf over the phone.
