Caitlin Hughes

Caitlin Hughes has twenty years of experience in senior operating roles, board positions, and professional advisory roles.
She is the founder of advisory firm, Halios, working with growth-oriented companies in the digital, consumer, and creative sectors. She is also part of the female-focused angel investment group, AngelAcademe. Previously Caitlin was CEO of Magnum, the global photographic agency, and held various senior roles at the BBC. She began her career at the Boston Consulting Group.
Caitlin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Oxford University and a Masters in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She is drawn to purpose-led organisations and a firm believer in the idea of doing well by doing good.
Outside of work, Caitlin loves travel and trips in nature with her family.
