Caitlin Hughes

Caitlin is founder and director of Halios, a company which provides strategic advice to fast-growing businesses in media, technology and sport. She is a Non-Exec Director of Juventus Football Club, a member of the global digital executive network, H2, and an advisor to the leadership advisory firm, Equiida. Caitlin is a firm believer that better businesses act for the greater good.

Previously Caitlin worked at the Boston Consulting Group for five years before moving to the BBC where, for almost a decade, she held senior roles in commercial business development and strategy. She began her career delivering rushes at Framestore visual effects company.

Caitlin has an MA (Oxon) in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University and an MA in International Relations from the Paul H Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University.

She has two young daughters and loves any opportunity to get outdoors and close to nature.
