Federica Guadagnolo
MEAL Officer
Federica is a committed humanitarian professional from Southern Italy who is dedicated to fostering inclusive, anti-racist, and resilient communities. As the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer at the David Nott Foundation, she is driven by the belief in the transformative power of humanitarian aid to create lasting impact through sustainable, decolonial approaches.
Federica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, with a dissertation in International Law focused on North-East Syria, and an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS University of London. Her latest academic research focused on the humanitarian and development nexus in the Levantine region. This academic foundation is complemented by hands-on experience across Italy, Tanzania, and Lebanon, where she worked closely with vulnerable communities, providing on-the-ground support in various humanitarian projects focused on mental health, community-building and gender-based protection.
In her current role, Federica applies both her theoretical knowledge and practical expertise to ensure that the Foundation’s programs are aligned with the needs of the populations we serve, while maintaining a commitment to our mission and values. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys cooking, camping, and exploring record shops.
