Khrystyna Kachmar
Programmes Manager
Khrystyna leads the Ukraine Programme and ensures that the organisational culture and the DNF golden training standards are met and aligned with our mission.
Khrystyna’s background comes from the IT industry that has very well established processes and procedures, allowing her to bring over 15 years of business analyst and project management experience to the team. She was heading an INGO when the war broke out in Ukraine, supporting vulnerable populations and upskilling medical professionals to save even more lives.
Outside of work, Khrystyna is a huge fan of theatre and jazz music, she is an art collector, and a keen cyclist and skier. She also loves traveling and to go on trips in nature with her two boys.
