Dr Saladin Sawan, FRCOG, MD, PhD, is a distinguished consultant surgeon specialising in gynaecology, oncology and robotics at St Mary’s Hospital. With a wealth of expertise, he is adept in performing general abdominopelvic operations, demonstrating versatility in both obstetrics and gynaecology.

Beyond his clinical role, Dr Sawan is driven by a deep commitment to advancing women’s health on a global scale, especially among those affected by both man-made and natural disasters.

His dedication to humanitarian efforts is exemplified by his proud service on the David Nott Foundation Faculty Board as Faculty Lead for Syria. Additionally, he holds the esteemed position of Vice-Chair on the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London.
