Africa
We offer surgical training to medical professionals in a selection of African countries, specifically countries that experience conflict or catastrophe, or have an urgent need for improved surgical care.
Where we operate
LIBYA
Libya’s history is marked by political turmoil and civil unrest. Outside of politics, Libya has been devastated by natural disaster.
SOMALILAND
Somaliland faces considerable health challenges. Only 19% of the population have timely access to essential surgery.
SUDAN
Following a geopolitical fracture of the Sudanese state in 2011, the region has suffered years of conflict and instability.
